My Day Off

I don’t work anywhere on Tuesdays (which is SO nice!! ) so I usually do laundry and other housewife sorts of things. Today I spent most of my afternoon in the kitchen. I love using Betty Crocker for the simple fact that I can make one dough recipe and turn out 3 different yummy dishes of food! Granted they are all fattening, but isn’t that what I’m supposed to do for my hubby?? ;-) I made Pizza for tonight’s dinner, Cinnamon Rolls for tomorrow’s breakfast and Butterhorns for tomorrow’s dinner. Mom, I know I said that Better Homes cookbook is laid out better, but there are some things in which Betty Crocker can’t be beat! It also helps to have had my Grandmother and mother as the world’s two greatest cooks!!
